- More than 500 nurseries are there of inter-national repute for both rural and urban beautification. Rare plants are also available in and around Chakmanik, Satgachhia, Rania Dongaria Roypur and Burul GP.
- Handicrafts of Jwari and Embroidery are famous of this block especially of Rania GP area.
- Pottery of Dongaria Roypur and Clay Dolls of North Bawali GP are only comparable with the dolls of Krishnanagar (Ghurni), Nadia.
